The FBI is launching a criminal investigation into the automated forex practices of the Iowa Association of School Boards' use of federal tax money.The FBI's involvement in the widening scandal at the publicly funded association was disclosed at a hearing Monday afternoon before the Legislature's Government Oversight Committee at the Statehouse.
